NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed January 31, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051573 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-4, Plaintiff and Jack L. Dekemper and Cynthia A. Dekemper a/k/a Cynthia A. Smith, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
