NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, filed February 4, 2014 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-51575 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL SEVEN, LLC, is Plaintiff, and BERTHOLD GREGOR, DIVINA S. GREGOR and CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 6 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 24, 25, and 26 Block 782 Cape Coral Unit 22 According to the Plat Recorded in Plat Book 14 Page 9 Inclusive in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
