NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Judgment filed January 31, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-051416, DIVISION: G, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and ALDENE C. BURKE; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALDENE C. BURKE A/K/A ALDENE C. BROWN, DECEASED; MARCIA O. SMALL; KEITH D. SIMMONDS; CLAUDINE FRANKLIN F/K/A CLAUDENE CAMPBELL; JOHN D. BURKE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are Defendants.
