NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011121ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and AARON S. GARRETT ; AMANDA D. GARRETT A/K/A AMANDA GARRETT, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 458,459,460,587,588, AND 589 IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF CRYSTAL SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON.
