Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed February 6, 2014 in Case No. 13-CA-001569, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which J-MAC ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff and SPINNING WHEEL, INC., a Florida corporation, NOREEN R. WISEMAN, individually, RICK PATEL, individually, a/k/a SURESH PATEL, and SRU 2, LLC d/b/a THE LUCKY DUCK, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on March 10, 2014, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
