NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 7 day of March, 2014. that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

Lot 22, Block 11, Unit 3, Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 15, page 48, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Lots 1, 10, 11, 12 and 13, Block 12, Unit 3, Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Deed Book 248, Page 460, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

A Parcel of land located in Lehigh Acres, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 26, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County Florida; thence North 00Ëš10'33” West along the East Section line of said Section 26, a distance of 1,363.34 feet to the Northerly right of way line of Lee Boulevard; thence South 89Ëš36'31” West, along the Northerly right of way line of Lee Boulevard; thence South 89Ëš36'31” West, along the Northerly right-of-way line of Lee Boulevard, a distance of 2,462.90 feet to the Southwest corner of tract “G” as shown on Page 75 of Plat Book 15, Public Records of Lee County, This also being the Point of Beginning of a tract of land herein described: Thence North 00Ëš23' 12” East along the right-of-way line of a 240.00 foot drainage easement, a distance of 995.85 feet (995.19 feet, platted) to a Point on a curve, being concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 996.57 feet, and also being the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Sunshine Boulevard; thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve an arc distance of 584.35 feet, through a delta angle of 34Ëš38'20”, with a chord bearing of South 30Ëš14'46” East, and a chord distance of 575.48 feet; thence South 00Ëš23'29” East a distance of 496.66 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Lee Boulevard; thence South 89Ëš36'31” West along the Northerly right-of-way line of Lee Boulevard a distance of 300.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said tract of land containing 4.964 acres, more or less.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
