Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 28, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, ABERDEEN, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 133 - 140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 31602 LOCH ALINE DRIVE, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 6, 2014 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
