NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051978 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH M WALKER; SHERRY A WALKER; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK A, ZIMMERS ADDITION TO SHELL MOUND PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 54, AND THAT PART OF LOT 17, BLOCK A, OF SAID ZIMMERS ADDITION TO SHELL MOUND PARK, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN A THAT COMMON CORNER OF LOTS 14, 15, AND 17, RUN EASTERLY ALONG LINE BETWEEN LOTS 15 AND 17, 89.35 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY PERPINDICULAR TO SAID LINE TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 17; THENCE RUN WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 17, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID EASTERLY LINE BEING A PROLONGATION OF THE COMMON LINE OF LOTS 15 AND 16.
