NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058825 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Virginia A. Smith a/k/a Virginia Anne Smith, Tenant #1 n/k/a/ Shannon Smith, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1 AND THE EAST ONE-HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK “C”, OF WILDWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
