NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed February 5, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-053232 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B.,, is Plaintiff, and JOHN E. MCCONOUGHEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN E. MCCONOUGHEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 7 day of March, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
