NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052865 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on 9 day of June, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 41 and 42, BLOCK 2297A, CAPE CORAL UNIT 36, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 112 through 130, inclusive, of the Public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
