NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-52264 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and SANDRA CHECO; JOSE CHECO; HAWK'S PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SANDRA CHECO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, OF HAWK'S PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 6 THROUGH 11, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
