NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053037 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and BRENDA E. DAVIS A/K/A BRENDA DAVIS;; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 55 AND 56, BLOCK 5949, CAPE CORAL UNIT 93, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 1 TO 21 LNCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
