NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated Febr 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053144 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOHN ELOFF A/K/A JOHN W. ELOFF; MARJORIE A. ELOFF A/K/A MARJORIE A. ELOFF; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 & 12, BLOCK 4229, UNIT 60, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 154 THRU 169, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
