NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-052676 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FM1, Plaintiff, and STEPHEN ERIC MEAD, CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 1960, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 29, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 15 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
