NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000849-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARTA S RUMORE; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF OF THE HOA FUNDING TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; 2W'S TRUSTEE OF THE HOA FUNDING TRUST; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A TIFFANY JOHNSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIAN MENDIOLA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 05/28/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
