NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed February 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-053877 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Ricky Allen Anderson a/k/a Ricky Anderson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5 AND 26, BLOCK 7, TRAILSIDE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
