NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-000265ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and BARBARA J. OBORNE, NORMAN C. TREMPER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100015700076688353), WILLOW BEND/PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of May, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, WILLOW BEND, UNIT B-2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 110 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
