NKA BAC HOME HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P., is the Plaintiff and MARIA GORETI A/K/A MARIA P. ARAUJO ARAUJO; SAN SIMEON PHASE I RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA GORETI ARAUJO; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on March 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, OF SAN SIMEONE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT # 2005000084958 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
