NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on March 10, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THAT PORTION OF TRACT 34 OF THE UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF NEW RIVER RANCHETTES, UNIT #1, LYING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 36, THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 36, 2012.61 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 1980.00 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 165.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 317.50 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 342.50 FEET; THENCE EAST 165.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 342.50; THENCE WEST 165.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF AND OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
