Final Judgment was awarded on January 8, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-3640WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and, TAMATHA JEAN HALEY; JEANIE FAIRMAN F/K/A JEANIE M. FAIRMAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on February 28, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
