NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 4, 2014 granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, and a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004153-WS in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Robert Burnham is the Plaintiff and Kelly Lynn Murphy and Douglas V. Mannarino are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
