NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 7 day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052622, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES GATCH, A/K/A JAMES B. GATCH, A/K/A JAMES BRUCE GATCH MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC DBA LENDINGTREE LOANS STATE OF FLORIDA TIFFANY GATCH; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78 AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 15 FEET OF THE LOT 79 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SECOND ADDITION TO ISLAND HARBORS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 107.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
