NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 3, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 08-15022 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 15, is the Plaintiff and DARLEEN D WEBSTER; JAYE G WEBSTER; MYRNA E BROWER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A BEN WEBSTER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/24/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 315.40 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTH WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTH EAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE EAST 506 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
