ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE WEST 114.0 FEET OF THE EAST 232.80 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 340.75 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET FOR WHEELER ROAD.
