NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008924, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-BC1, Plaintiff and EDEY REYES; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 4th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
