Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 14, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1217 OF VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14497 PAGE 358 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAYBE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
