NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012083, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSE A. ROIG, DECEASED: UNKNOWNSPOUSE OF JOSE A. ROIG N/K/A MYRIAM GONZALEZ; DUNIA BESU; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 104 FEET OF THE NORTH 583 FEET OF THE WEST 177 FEET OF THE EAST 660 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
