That certain condominium parcel described as Unit No. 14, of WASHINGTON SQUARE AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Page 122 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4984, Pages 1715 through 1771, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. Further described as 2 N.Fernwood Ave. # 14, Clearwater, Florida 33765.
at public sale, on the 2ND day of APRIL, 2014 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
