Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff dated January 24, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 8 AND THE EAST OF 24 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 67, MAP OF THE TOWN OF TARPON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 78 AND 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 106 East Tarpon Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689; including the building, appurtenances and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 12, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
