NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of January, 201, and entered in Case No. 12-7796CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SHANE CHERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANE CHERRY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 36.00 FEET OF LOT 1, THE EAST 64.00 FEET OF LOT 8, AND THE EAST 64.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 10.00 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK A, BIG ACRES, UNIT G, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
