NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000222 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, GJIKA, ATHINA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of February, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 15, INDIAN OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A TRACT OF LAND IN GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, NORTH OF LOT 15, INDIAN OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15, BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE N 89°08'57”WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID INDIAN OAKS SUBDIVISION, 70.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 0°01'38”EAST TO POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 1311, PAGES 373 AND 374, 14.40 FEET, THENCE S 89°11'22”EAST, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 70.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 0°01'38”WEST, 14.45 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
