Lot 19, Block 4, WYNDHAM LAKES, PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 75, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With a street address of: 19927 Wyndmill Circle, Odessa, Florida, 33556.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 9, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
