NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-3738-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CALIXTO MOLINA ; PACA MARIA MAHECHA; GLORIA ESPERANZA MACIEJEWSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of March, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1506-F, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4861, Page 1571 through 1586, and recorded in Condominium Plat book 34, Pages 78 through 1586, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto; Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A/K/A: 4215 East Bay Drive , Unit 1506-F, Largo, FL 33764
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
