A TRACT OF LAND INCLUDED IN THE PLAT OF THE PELICAN GOLF COURSE AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 45 AND 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (AND LYING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST) DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF ALTHEA ROAD AND GOLF VIEW DRIVE AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF THE PELICAN GOLF COURSE AND RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID GOLF VIEW DRIVE A DISTANCE OF 310.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, CONTINUE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID GOLF VIEW DRIVE A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 64 DEG. 42' 17” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 125.0 FEET RUN THENCE NORTH 25 DEG. 17' 43” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 64 DEG. 42' 17” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 125.0 FEET TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 1617 GOLF VIEW DR, BELLEAIR, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
