Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 21, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 102, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WHITE HART CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 86 THROUGH 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 12, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4911, PAGES 1744 THROUGH 1791, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND SAID CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 9755 HARRELL AVE # 102, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
