NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 07011579CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Andrew D. Hitchcock; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for AEGIS Wholesale Corporation, a Corporation; Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, MARE VISTA SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 5 FEET OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH.
