NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 28, 2014 entered in Case No. 13008862C113 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and ONE O' FOUR EIGHTH AVE LLC, a Florida limited liability company, THOMAS A. GIOMBETTI, ROBERT D. DUZINSKE, STEVEN G. YEOMANS, RANDALL L. ZIETH, STEPHEN MERFELD, PARADISO PASS-A-GRILLE, INC., a Florida corporation, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, UNKNOWN TENANT 4, and UNKNOWN TENANT 5; AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 14, 2014, the below described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Block 6, Morey Beach, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 102, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, also known as Lot 3, Block 6, Morey Beach, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 102, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
