NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21st, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-08870CI-7, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-SD3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-SD3, Plaintiff and GUS S LAZUKA; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 11th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
