NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-001979-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, REINERS, JANET, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of March, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING NO. 782, VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 11 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4829, PAGE(S) 464, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4846, PAGE 395 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
