NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-020851-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Blaine M. Ceglanski and Filomena I. Ceglanski, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, LESS THE EAST 17 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 23 FEET OF LOT 23, BLOCK I, BOULEVARD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
