NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009736 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WAMU 2005-AR2, Plaintiff and Mark Killenberg are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 29, GLENWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
