NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-015161 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and WAYNE W. SCHMOYER A/K/A WAYNE SCHMOYER, CHRISTINA L. SCHMOYER A/K/A CHRISTINA SCHMOYER, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A CYNTHIA HODGSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of March, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, LESLEE HEIGHTS-SECTION ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
