NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 14th day of March 2014, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT 7724 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF TYRONE VILLAS NO-5, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3311, PAGE 83, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
