ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-J1 is the Plaintiff, and JONAS M ISON A/K/A JONAS ISON, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, OAK PARK SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 81 THROUGH 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of March, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
