Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated January 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-001113-CI-21, in the CIRCUIT COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ONORIO CARLESIMO is the Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS DAVID CONDREY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CONDREY LAND TRUST, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 10, TARPON SPRINGS ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 10, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of March, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
