NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014 and entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 10:00 a.m., on April 1, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The South 120 feet of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Lot Five (5), in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, PINELLAS GROVES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, on page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the East 40 feet for road right-of-way.
