NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 4, 2014 entered in Case No. 2011-CA-014811-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and David Gaudette a/k/a David L. Gaudette; Melba Gaudette a/k/a Melba J. Gaudette; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 49.82 FEET OF LOT 13, SPRING PINE VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
