NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-009796-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and MARIA SUNER; NELSON SUNER; CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ALINA GOBAMOUA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12A, RIVER CREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
