NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-026012-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFMBS 2004-BB, is the Plaintiff and GAUTAM BHATIA; SUNITA S BHATIA; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE WAVERLY ON LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/18/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
